Ive mostly worked in client premises so cannot comment on Cognizant work culture but have a positive outlook towards work culture same like other MNC's.

They provided a desktop and had a huge approval process to even get the Ram upgraded. The specs of the Desktop was very bad. No laptops were provided. No Work life balance

Good place to start your career as a fresher

Compensation is decent but slow growth after grade A ,sometimes have to work 14 hrs, have to attend counter part calls at their comfortable time.some managers will be narrow minded ..some will be friendly .. You can't go to the location which you want to go.. but simple office rules don't share your personal things don't expect things don't believe others

I love my company CTS it’s the best place to work at. It had given me great confidence of handling life. I am a confident woman and I owe a lot to CTS for the same. no work life balance, salary is very less for people who have joined as fresher for upto associate level

hectic, management is only concerned about billing, not aspiration of associates, internal politics is high, more as you move up in ladder. Too much pressure for 9hrs mandatory and role development certification exams, salary is less for so much pressure
