There is not doubt about it is a cultural rich institution. But for those who are enthusiastic for teaching and want to learn more and more things about teaching , and perks and salary hikes are not as much as what CBSE prescribed in their norms Even they provide very marginal salary like local schools in rural areas , It is a caste dominating institution where a specific caste over rule everything, some education mafiya play a vital role to run this institution And some unethical works are also a part of this institution such as ,not pay salary if some one else leaves their institutions even after giviing them notice before leaving this institution,...Read More

Salary and perks system is not satisfactory It's seems like a local school even after being affiliated CBSE , it's normal like rural school with well infrastructure,teachers are not future ready ,not very much skilled

They put forced to teach additional subject even out of one's stream And there is less activity and lesson planning compare to others, less perk and career growth for a employee

Some thing are quite good like they don't deduct salary before 12 causal leave Less restrictions as compare to others school
