Overall company is good, provide all the facilities provided by others MNCS. There is always scope for your talent and it's get apriciated in the form of awards and compensation.

I have just completed 3 months and it's WFH is going, till now I did not found any thing to mention here. It's another IT MNC , if you like to challenge yourself then you can join this organisation.

Very less IT projects, technical IT guys I strongly suggest you not to join with Genpact, because very less IT projects, obviously no projects no job security.

They have great power of listening they only try to listen & enjoy Employee’s input & feedbacks but didn't give care about what employee is requesting from so many years in terms.

Dislikes

They provide one side cab without AC and also they charge money from employee for the cab facility. I don't know what is the logic behind this non ac chargeable cab facility & during hot summers it is like hell while traveling with genpact office CAB. Worst transport system.

How much good project you got depends on ur luck. Salary hikes to most of candidate is in one digit only. Getting promotions is very tough one of my friend worked for 6 year but not got promotion
