Different type of Technical challenges on floor and Management with labour operators & engineers

Dislikes

Different type interference by honour specially in case of increment with labour and engineer they didn't want to increase salary as per expectation & as per our recommendation . There was big politics by honour which create more problematic working atmosphere .

Work Details

Not bad, there is challenging job always introducing latest product in market and different type of developments meetings with customer I got there some marketing and customer dealing experience which I did first time in my life that is really challenging

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
