It’s good for people who want to learn and work on new things. Here the reward for good work is more work. So there is good learning.

Dislikes

Run by bunch of egoistic godfathers who just are focused on getting their things done. Promote those who support these godfathers. Or, they don’t care whether you exist or not. Growth is stagnant if you are complacent though you are hardworking.
