They will make u work in multiple projects at single time, working hours is more,no shift allowance, layoffs more,if ur project changes they will demand to change ur location,which is very tough for married people.. seriously married people don't join this organisation.totak 9:30 hours they will make u work, which is not good..

I have been in hcl from past 5 years and it an OK company. Job security is good here. They will definitely align you in a project if you on bench. So okay for that. Appraisals are not so good they will always hold the appraisal letter untill December of every year. Work culture has been getting decreased day by day as they don't hire much. They will hire freshers more. So it will be pathetic to work as an senior person in the team....Read More

If you want a safe job where you dont get laid off, then this is a good company. They give you a healthy work life balance.

Dislikes

Forget about appraisals, hikes or bonuses. In 2 years i got zero hike. When they change project they could change your base location even without your consent. I was hired as an automation engineer but later i had to switch to linux System Engineer role.
