no future for development projects. Most of the websites are blocked . Only support projects are there. No reply from the Manager or HR for any queries . We can contact HR only onboarding and offboarding. HR's even in online they wont reply. There is Nippon Buddy to track the working hours of the employees(micromanagement). To maintain the working hours people will keep material items like bottle, airpod extra in the mouse pad to maintain the long hours. HCLTech requires only quantity of employees not quality....Read More
