Dislikes

Everything about this company. Too much internal politics. Managers behave like owner and too much partial. No promotion. No good appraisal. Salary Packages are way too less than market standards.

Worst company with no employee benefits. Lala company only eye on cost cutting and salary cutting of employees. No hike no bonus even after top ratings. No hike even after promotion. Only work load increases. No skill development, all management want is to fill their pockets.

Dislikes

Company culture is very bad no transparency on appraisal, it always delay by 6-8 months. Even in project development no tools and process followed. So u loose your learning. 60% managers are delegating the works even they don’t have any idea about problems n technology.

Dislikes

Stone Age managers who are not willing to upgrade themselved rather will enforce you to come to their low standards of working. Core hierarchical structure where senior management act like Lords for employees below their band, use and throw resources practices in projects. Forget empathy culture lacks humanity as what I have seen and experienced.
