1.Poor HR behavior in Madurai Raghav. 2.Two Wheeler center stand only they want to use. But it irritation for high weight bikes. 3.Increment max 500 ruppes. 4.No job guarante. 5.Forced to work extra hours. Nearly 12 hrs. 6.Unter utilization of Leads. 7. Madurai HR(Mainly Raghav) treat a employees as worst. No support. If we speek they speak over rules and said to go out. 8.Only policy available to take external certification training. But in reallity they not allowed to go out. If you asked, they speak more rules anf finally it will not be approved. 9.No onsite opportunity for higher experience persons. Only they preferred hcl experience and their favorite persons. 10.In BVG they advise to give less experience certificate and they suggested to change as original after joing. But in reality, after you joined HR not allowing and speak rules as why you not submitted at initial. Totally worest HR behavior, No job security and medium job satification....Read More
