Well defined processes and customer focused. Some good employee friendly policies related to continuous learning and medical and employee health.

Dislikes

No good appraisal and employees are not getting proper recognition for their hard work. Appraisal cycle is very late and it is getting changed any time and you have to wait for appraisal.

I was hired for some product and they assigned some other product post joining which is now a kind of old technology related and for which I had no experience in the past.

Work culture is good. Concern for employee is there within line managers, but not HR. It is a good place to work, and if you are initiative taking, opportunities are plentiful.

Dislikes

Poor HR culture, HR is virtually hiding behind the scenes , no transparency , policies are not too great and nor employee friendly .
