The Director is really very kind, hard working, polite, and appreciates us and motivates us.

Dislikes

The internal HOD team is very poor in personal behaviour and other terms, they just don't understand the opposite colleague and behave in very rude manner, which is really not acceptable, despite several warnings from boss they keep on their stupid behaviour as usual.
