They hire you saying that take salary or 4% of the sale and gives your 3months but internal politics are at the worst they will fire you without saying anything and if you ask for your salary they will say no worries you can file a case against , they will hire you as sr.manager but give you i card of assistant manager and they won't provide any leads any support. Zero work culture
