Except Salary there is not even 1 likes I can say about the company.

Dislikes

Terrible management & work culture. You will be dumped with work and the management will abuse you in front of others. Most of the people joined this company has left with in 1-2 months. No process, structure of work & nothing. You can be asked to do any job that's irrelevant to you and you should do that. Never seen just a worst company in my career.

Only work from home pattern.

Dislikes

Both the bosses are having inappropriate culture. Gives clerical work to graduate people. No appraisal policy, however there are rules and regulations to follow strictly. There is no team collaboration. The COO doesn't have any knowledge. The owner gives importance to micromanagement of employee rather than looking at business. Always customer complaints are keep coming and they ask for refund. Business is totally down....Read More
