The NGO worked with diverse sections of people across all backgrounds in an inclusive manner. It was more of a family than an organisational association. I got to travel to different parts of my state, experience different cultures, live different ways of life, learn about them and learned to respect them. It was a contractual project, the permanent jobs they offer is a weakness though understandable due to weaker funding.

Work Details

It was challenging and brainstorming. While I had to research about the target population on different lines, I had to brainstorm a lot to connect their life patterns with the global standards as well as theoretical ideals.
