There is a scope for improvement which I feel since I joined with Prep.Study is in terms of Employee Recognition & Competitive Compensation Package. This adjustments is essential to ensure that our valued employees feel suitably rewarded for their hard work, ultimately contributing to a more motivated and loyal work force.
