Keeping employess upto date about the the new trends running in market which increases the efficieny of employees.

Here the culture was the the team which was in front like who were warriors were given high salaries and good appraisals where-in the backend team was thought to be a load on a company. This was my bosses thinking or may be company (I am not sure). We use to complete the help, support, and complete all task and handover back to warrior team. Although we didnt had too much pressure but pressure was there to complete a task within specific TAT. I left the company because no one in my team got appraisal apart from 5% which which was nominal for all....Read More
