If You love work life imbalance, toxicity then you are meant for Risposta.

Dislikes

Risposta is filled with micro management, office politics, language barrier, toxicity, and work life imbalance. North Indians are not welcomed. In team meetings they speak in telugu even if you dont understand. There is no time boundary. Most of the weekends you will have to work and ofcourse overtime included. Salary is extremely low. Only top guys will be paid good amount but turning your life into disaster. They are basically running a school full of discipline and not a corporate....Read More

Worst workplace to work, intolerance behavior by higher employee towards their team members. Very abusive and discriminative in nature. Body shaming, gender bias, not a culture to work for literatures. Will make people work like use and through pens once their need is completed. No employee dignity is maintained by anyone at any level.

A proper work culture does not exist. Employees are not valued by the boss. He also harasses every worker on the floor. My worst life mistake was working here; the harassment I experienced there over the course of a few months left me mentally unwell and forced me to take depression medication.

The mental trauma faced by employees is unimaginable. There's huge difference between the reviews and the actual environment in the company. I'm 100% sure the positive reviews are either fake or written under duress. This is a company that can and should be happily avoided for life.
