Being a full-time employee for 4.5 years at Tatras data, I liked few things very much. Company policies - They never change them. Work life balance. Flexible timing. Work culture . Friendly attitude of management towards employees - They value their each and every employee doesn't matter what value what employee is bringing to the company.

Dislikes

The only thing I think they can improve is, they can give good hikes, at the time of appraisal, to the employees who deserve it.
