It was my first job and being a start-up I got to learn a lot, the projects and the work gave a boost to my career, the team was supportive and the management helped make the work environment a happy place. The Salary was good and the facilities too.

Dislikes

Nothing as such comes to my mind, but as the work pace was fast you had to be working hard to deliver such an environment brings out the best in you and helps you learn a lot.

Dislikes

Balancing multiple projects can be tricky, espicially when they all demand high standards and quick outcomes, although thats an integral part of the growth and learning process and improve oneself in career.
