Promotions and salary increase is very slow and at times it is very low.

Manager is not properly entertain. When you try to talk with manager he simply ignore. If you have not requirement then don't appoint any employee there.

Wipro talks lot about there 5 habits but I don’t see that at ground level and old employees without proper skill set but just serving in the company for there experience

Great place to work. Nice work life balance. Good job security. Projects are according to your skill sets. Good onsite opportunity of you are B3 and above. Also provide certificate training and free exam voucher.

Dislikes

Salary hike / promotion is poor. They Will not retain you if you have offer from outside. In each service based companies you are like a resource.

Managers are not responsive to queries (including HR) Resource allocation team is not effective in doing their job Hiring managers are so intelligent that they can figure out if a candidate is a good fit just by looking at the resume and don't even care to conduct interview and evaluate the candidate.

No proper projects, need to prove from analyst role level either you are hired for manager role. Old members demotes new joiners and possess to work from basic analyst role to prove long term to be on right place. Waste of skill and knowledge base.

Wipro is not an option, if you really want to thrive in your career. Nobody will care about your interest/experience of work. They just need headcount in the account that will generate revenue. if you are not related to work profile also They'll ask you to work in unrelated account and squeeze money out of your hardwork from clients. They will not even take preproject assignment interview, If you take time to understand which will in turn effect clients delivery. Wipro project team will do micro management and make sure the person will go through Hell until the work is complete and as a Bonus they will hold the Appraisal. So if you are fresher this best place to work. But for experienced people this is just nightmare. One of top MNC and is just a bluff.
