With the recent 10 hours workday being implemented, they have shown absolute disrespect. The problem is they look at employees as a resource, not people. They are just exploiters, who take advantage of employees' vulnerabilities- ought to be ashamed of themselves. This is a company which puts profits over people, don't ever consider this no matter how desperate you are. It's a trap.

Genpact is too cost cutting they stopped keeping tissue paper in rest rooms just imagine how they will yearly promotion. I do u have any words to explain just this is a real and simple example for your reference. I recommend don’t join with Genpact management is not at all good.

Managers. Almost all managers are from non technical background. Zero knowledge on development process. In my team it’s complete groupism. Senior manager is from Tamil. Almost all support are in favour of developers and testers from Tamil bg. Even 50 bugs after initial development no escalation. but if your from Hindi, Telugu or Kannada bg, it will be escalated. Promotions are based on how many years you are there in the company not based on your good work or technical skills. If you don’t want to gain knowledge and need a routine job you can join here....Read More

If you change the department internally it will be considered as your candidature " New " for promotions. this is downside. so don't change department internally until you get a promotion or hike. Feel like under paid, compared to new joiners.
