Flexibility to work from office as well as home. Management is supportive, they would listen to concern and assistance. Policies are in place to ensure balance organizational structure.

Dislikes

High attrition rate, poor work life balance, poor salary hikes, over the shifts work, cannot move to other projects easily and life will be stressed. Better to sell chai and samosa. Then after, Even you can make better money then average assistant manager of Genpact

There is nothing to like in this company no work-life balance, they treat you like a slave post working 13/14 hours a day they will spoil your weekend as well. There is no incentive plan above MT as they also deserve this due to working in an IC role and managing the teams as well with no direct reporting, like working as an SME without incentives. You only have the salary to survive with no motivation, no visibility of promotion, and nowadays no job security as well....Read More

You don't get easily fired even if your business ramps down. You can join a new project with the help of Talent Management.

Dislikes

They don't provide increments as per markets. People ingrown will not be given good hikes vs poeple hired from outside with less experience on higher salaries disappoint in grown people with similar skills.

There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Dislikes

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.

No work life balance. And no growth. Completely unprofessional and unethical from senior leadership to other employees.

I have worked with good MNC and being here is such a pain. Looking and going through the work environment Genpact has build.
