Company policies are not employee oriented.. Company not able to provide Basic necessary amenities at their permise like clean washroom refreshment items like tea coffee at breakout area.. no cafeteria is available for lunch or dinner transport is very pathetic, cab charges are deducted from salary on monthly basis even not getting AC cabs in these heat waves season. Last but not the least they extended 1 hr shift and for compensation just incase 0.5% on yearly bonus which counted on your yearly performance basis. This is called so cheep management....Read More

Everything is good beside Salary and promotions. For promotion you have to wait for minimum 4 years. For work culture depend on the project

This is my first corporate job before this I worked for 3 Indian companies but never seen this kind of toxic work culture. Manager will ask you to connect at the time of log off. As per their thinking each work take only 5 mins. Do not talk about benefits but you can have longer discussion about work, developments. Hierarchy wants that employee do as much as trainings on their learning portal but other side they do not think about workload that staff already spending extra hours to completing them....Read More
