Dislikes

Manager usually asks team to loggin on holidays. There is no transperancy of variable amount we receive. It completely depends on Manager and other leads. One side cab facility is also chargeable from employees. Leads start live in relationships with teammates and provide them promotions and other benefits which company provides and deserveing employees remains empty handed

Company culture is full of office politics. Job security is not at all secure as they made IJP system and till releasing time no HR connect for other job role and just put bench the employees. Environment in Kolkata Genpact is awful it's like a mediocre political party office, the whole management isn't to politics favorite is in biasness against the non Bengali speaking employees they are trying to get most of non Bengali speaking employees out either by creating circumstances where they resign or choose to relocate. Theculture is killing the essence of an MNC work culture, that's the reason why kolkata Genpact is losing its old clients and processes are being ramped down and new processes are offered to other Genpact Locations in India, and it's due to the joint collaboration of the management including HR's who never shows up when you actually need them.
