While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

The job security is sometimes very admirable

Worst culture I've witnessed. There's so much biasness in the perticular process I've worked with that it's making me so hard to survive in this process. To survive in this process, you either have to be a Tamil origin guy or someone from Andhra Pradesh. All the top leaders are Tamils and until and unless you're Tamil origin.. you'll not get any preference. My manager is a Telegu guy and he took over a client that I've been working on for more than 4 years. Now he's building a team with only telegu people and trying to dispose me from a long time and failing to do so. Every morning I wake up and feel anxious about simply logging in and thinking about doing simplest of task. One simple advice I'd like to give after almost 5 years in Genpact. There is nothing to like about this organisation.

No work life balance, no professionalism even the management behaves like they are running a circus show. The management follows the rules of dictatorship. Trust me Genpact is nowhere related to being an employee centric organization, they are totally driven towards their client and no one cares about you, you personal life and "your life". You live or die, they don't care, they just want their work to be done and always expecting more from their employees. And they just offer 1 lakh rupees of medical insurance for their employees , I mean seriously? What comes in 1 lakh? The basic medical expense if you suffer from any ailment or any accident exceeds 1 lakh in corporate insurance. While working here it feels like you will be stuck here for life. Whoever read this comment, bro/sis please trust me DO NOT join genpact. This company is the worst nightmare you could ever ask for....Read More
