There is no work life balance… HR is worsed. I raised an issue while my RM is misbehaved with me. No one did anything including HR and Higher Management. Pathetic company to work.

They hire people in bulk and release them once the business is set up. HR also use to commit false promises however the picture is very bad. Now bench period is 3 months. HCL job is very high risk. Learning is good.
