To be honest my manager and my team is very good they support and help me learn new things.

Appraisals and company internal politics make no sense, here even though you get good rating in appraisal period the hike percent will be not more than 5-9℅ he hurts us when we work day night to meet deadline and they give us this kind of hikes.

Nothing to like about this company. Worst ever company to join anytime or at any role.

Everything to dislike. No process is aligned. You have to wait for your laptop to be ready for whole day. You have to request access card for 10-15 days. Worst ever management and recruiters only butter you up to join. Negotiation in package will be at top level because they do not have finances. Only recommendation is to never join in this company.

Company always pay salary on time. And the environment is also good.

Dislikes

Partiality between both genders (Male and Female) like. The security guard allows to enter in the company with sleepers/loar for girls but if boy wearing slippers/loar in any condition guard newer allows him. So I don't like this thing of he company it feels like the company rules aare different for both.
