There is always a new thing to learn and improve. I have improved myself a lot personally and professionally both.

Dislikes

If you resign for any reason, and you want to rejoin, you will have to start from scratch even if you worked for leadership position. You will start from a facilitator's role.

I have explored tons of skills here and honed them as well. Frequent workshops help employees to developed them personally and professionally.

Dislikes

Promotion are very less. Bonus completely 0 PL/CLs are fine but no extra holidays like MNCs, Schools and banks provide.

There is certain job security. If we talk about working culture then it includes facilitating, mentoring, mobilizing and more on. And its management is completely enormous and they focus on each and every thing. If we move to talk about its policies then they offer not only job security although they help to develop all skills in their employees and they ensure good states of their employees.
