I really like the work culture and job security here. The timely trainings and developments given to the employee is the highlight here. We will get to develop a lot of skills by tgese trainings.

Dislikes

I like most of the things here, but working with Gwalior management was not a good experience, as the growth is very slow here and false commitment can demotivate you at some time. Also, a sort of politics among management sounds biased and disturbing.

Work Details

The work life was interesting and developing, as I learnt a lot of things here in terms of softskills and communication. The daily session which we deliver makes us more efficient with preparation, planning and presentation.

I like most of the things about FEA. Connected staff is extremely supportive. They help in each problem. It gives full satisfaction of work.

Dislikes

Two things that can be better are: 1. Connection between higher authorities and ground level staff. 2. In class and off class work. It hampers personal life of students and facilitators both.

Your student makes you feel good all the time. Students appreciate your hard work and efforts. Students are wonderful. Good experience.

Dislikes

Long induction training and you get only rs 250 per day. The trainer during induction keep reminding you that you will be out if not do the homework after finishing training day. Overtime starts during induction only and you will keep on doing overtime. You will not be paid for over time. Even after spending personal time to work the manager forces you to take classes as OT. Long tiring day as everything is expected from facilitator. The manager do nothing, they just harass you mentally. They give promotion only to FEA graduates whose English and education is below quality. The senior most manager has sh sound errors and many grammatical error yet no one rectify her.
