First of all this is totally personal experience as every individual might have their own set of experiences. For me Genpact is best when it comes to job security and work life balance. It gives immense opportunity to grow professionally and personally to an individual who wants to put his/her effort. It has its own learning platform where one can easily learn the new technologies and courses at free of cost as well as paid courses are available.
