Team Support and work satisfaction is good. Recognition by client and support from Manager

HR terrible, No support. Even my manager is struggling to get the response from HR for small small things. No Co-operations. Getting low appraisal for the extraordinary performance and rating. Even client is appraising the work but HR never convert it to employee benefit.
