At initial phase we get whatever we desire but appraisal is just a formality. HCL management is the worst ever thing I have seen in my life specially 2-3 level up hierarchy. Manager would never know any update and policy or any answer for the question we ask. HR is also for the name and for navigating us to policy documents.
