You don’t even get welcome kit when you join the company. No Diwali gift hampers and nothing. Almost 20% goes to variable pay and this has many conditions and you end up getting less variable pay. The yearly hikes are very very less you will get 1% or 2% and sometimes you get a appraisal letter at the year end and it will be writtenas no changes in your compensation, so no hike for you for complete year. For new joinee, forget your 1% or 2% appraisal for first 2 years....Read More
