Tech Mahindra is a good company to start your career with. Manipulation is there. Managers don't give chance to boys to get promoted them slef. They always prefer girl. I warked in Tech Mahindra for 22 months, and I used to be a best performer most of the month. I never get chance to clear IJO ,but there was one gril came just 3months back and they promoted her, she didn't have knowledge about anything. Internal process manager are playing with male staff's. I saw many people who was working their like me, before 5 before and they also faced the same problem. At the end I had left Tech Mahindra.
