Hiring part and offer what they give is not what you get in hand I was hired saying I’m getting 25% hike but this company made that 25% hike in variable and kept it on performance based part. Where they don’t even give that variable part salary 100% no matter what you do. Also, unlike other companies this company will deduct 1000₹ from your salary for cab facility that too nodal point you get without AC cabs. They’ll take advantage of people who are in need of job badly by applying their stupid policies on that employee...Read More
