Genpacf is one of the best organization if anyone is new and want to learn new things with great people. Work life Balance is good here, even you can manage your personal life as well. You have a Job security in your mind always while working here ( No one going to force to leave the company).

Dislikes

Salary they are paying the person who are working with them from very long time is very less. Promotion cycle is vary depend on the process and in the Team you are working with.

Managers. Almost all managers are from non technical background. Zero knowledge on development process. In my team it’s complete groupism. Senior manager is from Tamil. Almost all support are in favour of developers and testers from Tamil bg. Even 50 bugs after initial development no escalation. but if your from Hindi, Telugu or Kannada bg, it will be escalated. Promotions are based on how many years you are there in the company not based on your good work or technical skills. The work culture previously it was employee centric however now it is more centric on client even if employee is suffering.

Dislikes

I left Genpact due to some family reasons and my HR and SM told me I can rejoin after six months and now when I try to re applied in Genpact, they are not taking me in consideration I am the least priority for them they are not valuing there own resources.

There might be something good but i have not experienced it yet because from the day 1 i have joined the company My reporting manager (Parminder Singh) judging me for my work even from the time i was not started working.

Dislikes

As per my experience till date with Genpact is not so far good Even i feel pressurised and there is so much politics and biased behaviour exist. Manager always humiliated and openly said i have noted all the point, now i will see appraisals and wik of the employees which is not a good behaviour at all

I am working here as an assistant manager but no such work has been given. Apart from work, the team culture is toxic and managers believes in Biasness, one employeewho sits and eats with manager will get enormous benifits and another one who believes in work and focuses on self development through work assigned, will never get a chance to be happy there.
